We are a boutique talent agency created by Australia’s most recognised portrait photographer, Mark Morffew.

We represent interesting and unique talent from across the board, handpicked by Mark and his experienced team. We are passionate about representing a diverse range of individuals of all ages - from babies through to our mature aged talent.

We specialise in booking talent for TV commercials (TVC), TV and film. We work closely with Australia’s top advertising and casting agencies to match our talent to briefs from clients, ensuring that they have the best chances of being booked. Our talent have been featured in TV commercials and campaigns for leading brands, as well as TV series.

Mark is recognised as Australia’s best portrait photographer. For the past 25 years he has been at the forefront of the photographic industry, setting the standard to which others have aspired. He now operates boutique photographic studios in Sydney and Melbourne.

Through his many years behind the lens photographing people from all walks of life, he has developed a keen eye for people of all ages that have the potential to shine in the media/entertainment industry. His photographic expertise also gives him the ability to ensure that talent have strong, current headshots, as well as assist with filming self tape auditions.

Mark created Morffew Talent to represent talented people and help them make their big break.

With over 15 years experience in the industry, Steven brings a wealth of knowledge to the agency and has a keen eye for talent.

Having performed both on screen and stage as a child and young adult, Steven is able to read a casting brief and understand what directors are looking for in a role and accurately match talent to the right roles.

Steven is passionate about helping aspiring actors launch their careers and achieve success in the industry.
